Combination Orders:

1. Standard order quantities for DocuCards require a minimum order of 10 cartons or 10,000 sheets of an item.  The economical minimum order is more realistically 25 cartons due to the manufacturing setup expenses associated with the DocuCard product.
2. Combination order rules allow you to order a minimum of 5 cartons of an item in combination order as long as the total number of cartons is at least 10 cartons.  For example, a combination order for 5 cartons of item A, 25 cartons of item B, 50 cartons of item C, 10 cartons of item D and 10 cartons of item E would meet the combination order rule and allow the 5 carton quantity to be purchased.
3. As a general rule, a small quantity item grouped into a combination order usually results in a lower cost for the small quantity than if it were ordered separately.
4. To accurately estimate the cost of a combination order, complete specifications are required for the document and the card for each item in the combination order.  It is also important to have precise information regarding the differences in format, size, quantity, copy, design, and ink colors, from one item to another.
5. Combination orders must be entered, manufactured, and shipped at the same time to qualify for combination order pricing.
